The calendar says October, but 80-degree temperatures, cold beer and a sunny day on Navy Pier are telling you it must be July. Certainly not October. But there we were on a sunny Saturday at one of Chicago’s premeir tourist destinations, waiting to board the tall ship Windy for a 75-minute sail.
